Overview
As the Manager of Strategic Development Managers (SDM) focused on Enterprise Market, you will shape Sales Development strategy, build and lead SDR teams, and drive outbound pipeline generation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 8–12 SDMs, ensuring performance against objectives.
- Coach and develop sales professionals through call coaching, skill development, and shadowing.
- Teach, share, and implement SDR strategy and processes, staying current on best practices.
- Monitor lead processes and metrics, driving pipeline creation.
- Motivate, incentivize, and recognize team members to sustain high performance.
- Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
- Maintain weekly 1:1s, team meetings, forecasting calls, and business partner collaborations.
