Position Summary

The Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Specialty Pharmacy is responsible for driving growth, access, and operational excellence within the specialty pharmacy business. This role focuses on expanding Neighbourly Pharmacy’s specialty footprint nationally by building strategic brand partnerships, optimizing procurement and distribution of high‑cost medications, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and regulatory requirements. The position collaborates cross‑functionally to enhance patient access, improve financial performance, and support innovative program development.
