This role focuses on manual machining of high-precision, tight-tolerance components in a clean, climate-controlled shop environment. This is a conventional machining role only. CNC experience is not required. Responsibilities Operate conventional lathes to machine precision components
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Machine parts to tight tolerances and quality standards
Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting
