The successful Manufacturing Designer | Industrial Engineering co-op student will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects that require creative solutions to aid fabrication and assembly of all Tigercat product groups. Projects will utilize CAD to developing custom tooling, fixturing and material handling devices that improve overall safety and quality of Tigercat equipment. Knowledge of welding, sheet metal processes, machining, GD&T, assembly/part drawings and lean manufacturing principles would be considered an asset.
To excel in this role, you will need strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and a passion for continuous improvement.
