**Build a career with confidence**## ## **Key Responsibilities*** Ensure all press operations comply with the machine safety requirement.* Establish and maintain standard process windows for press parameters.* Develop and validate setup sheets, standard work and reaction plans to ensure the manufacturing output.* Support daily production by troubleshooting defects and downtime related to press systems, feeding, lubrication and forming conditions.* Support ECNs and engineering trials.* Support die tryout, debug and production readiness (progressive, transfer, forming).* Define and sustain die protection strategies (misfeed detection, part presence, tonnage monitoring).* Develop and implement PM standards for dies.* Lead SMED projects to improve die changeover and equipment availability.## ## **Requirements*** Bachelor ́s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or related Engineering with equivalent experience.* Experience in a press shop / stamping environment supporting high-volume production...
