**What your background should look like**:- Industrial or Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronic engineer bachelor's degree required- Fully bilingual English-Spanish.
- Knowledge in the use of SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Self-directed individual able to deliver solutions.
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing tools- Ability to work on several activities at once.
- Ability to create and follow strategies and plans.
- Great communication skills.
- EXPERIENCE- 1 to 2 years in manufacturing environment supporting production- Assembly.
- Able to explain metrics such as efficiency, productivity and cost.
- Line balancing and experience implementing Lean manufacturing tools.
- RESPONSABILITIES- The Manufacturing Engineer will support the assembly area (existing & new process activities).
