Job Information To work in an advisory capacity to manufacturing, engineering, and/or purchasing departments using knowledge of methods and materials in specialized field or general manufacturing in order to optimize safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.
Role & Responsibility Production System Deployment:
- Production Process/Standard implementation and improvement execution to drive results aligned to Doosan Bobcat Production System (DBPS)
- Serve as subject‑matter expert (SME) for lean‑based production system; specific modules + system overall
- Encourage planning and execution of Production System through proactive communication with functions
- Lead production system assessments, improvement‑planning and drive results aligned to level goals at site(s)
- Support site and regional production system leadership to achieve results
