Responsibilities
Develop and optimize CNC machining processes for automotive components Program and adjust G-code to improve cycle times and efficiency Implement automation solutions using FANUC robots in machining cells Support production launches (APQP, PPAP) Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Validate processes through capability studies (Cp, Cpk) Provide technical support to production and troubleshoot machining issues Reduce scrap and rework through root cause analysis Document processes, work instructions, and manufacturing standardsQualifications
