YOUR ROLE

• Define and document technical requirements for test equipment (HW/SW/MSA).
• Lead equipment specification (SOW), sourcing, and qualification processes.
• Ensure installation, debugging, and release of test equipment prior to the SOP.
• Apply Six Sigma to improve FTQ and OEE through statistical analysis and defect reduction.
• Apply Six Sigma tools (CPK, GR&R, multi‑vari charts) for equipment validation.
• CT optimization.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and productivity.
• Perform EOL Tester Internal Calibration.
• Perform Technical Analysis in case of machine failures and down times.
• Support the Maintenance Department to ensure the expected condition of machines.
• Execution of Capex according to CFT forecast and proper identification of assets.
