Manufacturing Engineering Mgmt 2

Education: Degree in Industrial, electrical Engineering, mechanic, computer.

Experience: 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience, Customer contact, introduction of new products, Leading customer meeting.

Knowledge: 80% english, Statistical analysis, leadership, standard work, lean tools (SMED, TPM, 5’s, OEE, etc.), Maintenance, onsite support, analysis for SMT machinery (Fuji, Panasonic, Dek, Speedline, etc.) development and Analysis, SMT programming, develop improvement projects, detect detractors of efficiency, attend meeting of the project team, training to technicians, and follow up to efficiency strategies currently implemented.

Abilities: work under pressure and prioritize tasks, well organized and focused towards obtaining results.
