The Workers Compensation Board (WCB) helps to build safe and healthy workplaces in PEI and provides benefits and services to reduce the impact of work-related injuries.

The Manager, Marketing and Communications is a senior level position that provides marketing and communications advice, consultation, and leadership within the Workers Compensation Board.

This position leads the WCB Marketing and Communications team and is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and communications strategies to:

• Promote workplace safety, recovery and return to work.
• Enhance workers and employer understanding of their safety and compensation rights and responsibilities.
• Improve the public awareness and understanding of WCB programs and services.
