Position Overview

Permanent Position – Hybrid. The Marketing Event Specialist develops, plans and executes events and educational programs hosted by Fasken for its clients. The role involves working directly with the firm’s partners, associates, industry and practice leaders as well as other departments, vendors and clients in the Ontario Region. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET. Occasional pre-authorized overtime may be required to meet business and client needs. Must be available to work in the office as required for in-person events. This role is a hybrid position.

• Develop and execute firm-hosted in-person, hybrid and online events
• Assess and recommend event strategies that achieve business objectives and prepare communications related to these events
