The Marketing & Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, commercial events, and travel logistics that support business development and cross-functional team efficiency.
This role focuses on tracking internal timelines, maintaining routine vendor communication, logging budget expenses, and providing logistical support for team travel and event materials preparation.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure that event operational elements align with brand guidelines, content, and attendee experience.
Junior Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: at least 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support trade shows, customer events, and company meetings.
