Are you looking to apply your expertise in marketing automation to optimize and scale innovative customer engagement strategies? In this role, you will help configure, operate, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data 360 for various use cases across Marketing and Sales. You will be responsible for translating engagement strategies into aligned and scalable audience segments, activation workflows, and data-driven campaigns. You will contribute to initiatives aiming to improve marketing automation processes, programs, and systems, with the goal of enabling the capture and use of customer data at scale.
