We are looking for a New Growth Categories Marketing Lead – Europe to drive the marketing strategy and execution of our emerging category portfolio across the European region.

This role will act as the category and brand lead for New Growth Categories, connecting brand strategy, commercial priorities, digital execution, newsletters, trade marketing, and market activation into one clear growth agenda.

Due to the European scope of the role and the need to work closely with regional and global stakeholders, full professional fluency in English is mandatory .

The ideal candidate is strategic, commercially minded, highly organized, and hands-on, with the ability to manage multiple projects across markets and align internal teams, agencies, and commercial stakeholders.
