reports to the VP, Marketing Technology Solutions. Primary responsibilities include managing all customer initiatives, focusing on customer account management within the marketing technology solutions space.

Responsibilities

Review operator documentation with Sales, verify contract deliverables, and translate to product delivery plans.

Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close new product delivery and addition projects at client sites.

Schedule product delivery, including resource requirements, allocation, and responsibilities.

Own overall relationships with assigned clients to increase adoption, expand use cases, and ensure retention and satisfaction.

Build and maintain successful customer relationships and communications through meetings, presentations, and teleconferences.
