Job Description

Adheres to the stock strategy guidelines that is supplied by BA SCM and align with Plant SCM.
Manage exceptions messages and review raw material requirements daily in MRP.
Convert Purchase Reqs to Purchase Orders where needed.
Analyzes raw material supply to ensure we are staying balanced with inventory.
Responsible for monitoring of supply by ensuring confirmation on purchase orders following up on expected and late deliveries. 
Communicates with vendors to obtain product or service information, availability, and delivery schedule. 
Works closely with receiving, supply chain, finance, production and management.
Provides good customer service to internal and external customers assisting and supports requests, needs etc.
Expedites orders and requests as needed.
Owns the raw material debottlenecking process and aligns with BA Procurement if not resolved, provides details for escalation.
