Position Overview

Reporting to the Materials Manager within the Material Support Department, the Materials Supervisor will be responsible for the direct first‑level supervision of unionised Stores Controllers working to provide effective and productive logistical support to Aerospace production programs.

What You Will Do

• Work planning, assigning and directing – plan and organize daily tasks & activities of Materiel department personnel to include the scheduling of overtime and shift work as required;
• Training and orientation of personnel on procedures, processes and associated activity including material handling equipment;
• Material control including receipt, storage, shipping, kitting and issue;
• Working with program coordinators to determine, confirm and action material requirements;
