**Job Title: Packaging Mechanic**

**Job Description**

This role supports a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility by maintaining, troubleshooting, and fabricating parts for high-speed packaging and production equipment used to produce medications. The mechanic focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and fabrication to keep production lines running safely and efficiently in a GMP environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and repairs on high-speed pharmaceutical packaging equipment used for solid, semi-solid, and liquid medications.
+ Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and packaging-related issues on production and packaging lines to minimize downtime.
+ Work with tablet presses, capsule fillers, blenders, granulation machines, dryers, coating machines, blister packers, bottling machines, and filling machines.
