As a Product / Design Engineer, you will play a key role in driving product quality, performance, and innovation. This position directly impacts customer satisfaction by resolving field quality issues, improving product designs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards—all while maintaining cost competitiveness and efficiency.
 

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing engineering support for field quality issues and delivering effective, timely, and cost-efficient solutions.
• Maintaining engineering data accuracy, including Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, and technical specifications.
• Developing and executing testing and qualification plans for product improvements.
• Leading product improvements based on field data, testing, and end-user experience, including corrective actions.
• Supporting product certification processes and maintaining compliance reports for UL and ETL standards.
