Key Responsibilities

• Act as an on-the-job coach to improve the performance of technical personnel
• Perform rigorous follow-up on issues occurring on in-service rolling stock
• Propose solutions to improve the performance and reliability of railway equipment (locomotives and coaches)
• Represent the company with the client’s technical department
• Conduct in-depth analyses of delays and their root causes, and implement corrective actions
