Now Hiring: Medical Appointment Schedulers (On‑Site Position)

Location: 1Click Contact Center - Zona Río Offices (inside the Do It Business Center), Jose Clemente Orozco, Zona Río Urbana, Tijuana.

Start Date: Monday, July 7 at 8:00am. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:55am – 5:00pm. Weekends Off.

Weekly Pay: $5,100MXN gross (approx. $4,315MXN net after taxes).

Key Responsibilities

• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments, procedures, and follow‑ups using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Patient Communication: Answer incoming calls and messages, assist with appointment confirmations, changes, and general inquiries.
• Information Management: Collect and update patient records, verify insurance details, and ensure data accuracy.
