Description

The Department of Radiology in the Cumming School of Medicine invites applications for a Medical Radiation Technologist. This Full-time Fixed Term position is for approximately 1 year (based on length of grant funding), with the possibility of extension for at least up to 5 years. The position reports to the Principal Investigator.

The MRT will support research being conducted in the Bone Imaging Laboratory which is part of the Center for Mobility and Joint Health (MoJo) by conducting imaging required for human and veterinarian studies using digital radiography and other modalities. It is a dynamic and exciting clinical research environment. The incumbent will assist in mentoring and training new staff, technologists and students as required. They will lead data collection efforts in relation to radiology equipment and will appropriately analyze the data collected.
