Overview We are looking for a lead Meeting Planner for the LATAM region, supporting the Senior Congress Planner. The role involves planning calls with stakeholders, building Cvent registration sites, managing attendee and vendor relationships, coordinating hotel logistics, handling budgets, reporting, onsite management, and billing reconciliation.
Responsibilities - Serve as the lead Meeting Planner for all LATAM region meetings and events.
- Back‑up support for the Senior Congress Planner.
- Lead planning calls with various internal stakeholders.
- Create and manage Cvent registration sites and attendee registrations.
