The Mental Health Team Leader provides support and clinical supervision to the Mental Health team. The Mental Health team offers services that include but are not limited to; assessments, counselling (one to one and group), and referrals for children, youth, and families living with mental health challenges and/or substance misuse. The Mental Health team is committed to providing services that are offered from a holistic wellness framework.

This position requires strong leadership skills and advanced knowledge and clinical experience in mental health and concurrent disorders in the context of Indigenous communities. Exceptional communication, critical thinking and organizational skills are necessary to be successful in this role.
