About the role: The Mentoring and Student Success Manager will provide strategic leadership, coordination, and quality assurance across RLRH’s academic support and mentoring functions. The postholder will ensure that mentors are effectively recruited, trained, supported, and engaged, cultivating an enabling environment where learners receive bespoke and consistently high-quality academic guidance, counselling and application-building support.
