**Responsibilities**
- Improve engineering processes and tools to increase team effectiveness
- Work across both technical and business-focused teams to deliver value to our
users
- Review pull requests of others
**Requisitos**:
**Skills and Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience with iOS development
- Basic UI components (mostly from UIKit)
- Swift (must have)
- Agile mythologies
- Unit Tests
- Core data or a similar persistence framework
**Nice to have**:
- Have published one or more iOS apps in the app store.
- Experience with banking, mobile money, payments, and e Commerce products
- Familiarity with tech-enabled credit or payments products and the general fintech
landscape
- Experience working with remote teams
