Intermodal Coordinator Mexico (ICM)

Responsible for coordinating shipments, both northbound from Mexico and southbound to Mexico. The ICM will plan for asset availability throughout the Mexico IM network and book freight in accordance to network needs. The ICM will work directly with the customer to provide a high LOS. The ICM will plan drayage assets out of Mexico, and work with US Dispatch to ensure service expectations are met.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Booking new loads out of EDI, or by email tender; providing service updates to the customer; relaying drayage/rail information to the appropriate customer service rep within Bison; assisting customers through phone/email in a timely manner; providing service updates, reason codes, and scorecard data; submitting cost recovery for any accessorials such as storage, detention, etc.
