SKINTIFIC is seeking an experienced retail leader to oversee retail operations in Mexico. This role requires a visionary who will drive retail excellence and enhance consumer experiences across all offline retail channels.

Your responsibilities include managing beauty advisors and visual merchandising while ensuring optimal in-store performance. You will also prepare sales reports and track KPIs to drive operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of retail management experience in the beauty or FMCG sector.
