**Job Overview**

Develops and monitors the organization's supply chain strategy and collaborates with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations meet quality and safety standards.

**Job Requirements**

Lead the plants’ logistic teams in the region and set functional goals for the different sites
Promote a Zero Incident Culture in the logistic team, setting the safety of our employees as highest priority in all our plants
Ensure the correct deployment of logistic policies and standards of ICT
Create and animate a logistic network through the different plants, looking for best practices to deploy through all sites
