Position Summary

This role supports Private Destinations in Mexico recruitment operations and talent acquisition team. The manager supports the Director of Talent Acquisition on process enhancement, performance management, and project delivery. The manager leads the performance management of recruiting professionals supporting aligned functional areas to ensure operational objectives are achieved through defined processes. The manager is responsible for providing monthly reporting & analytics on shipboard recruitment, compliance, and strategic plans for continuous improvement.
