ITC WORLDWIDE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance/SCM Technical Developer T3.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM (Operations) (D365 F&O).
• Gather and define business requirements, provide user support, and develop Power BI dashboards.
• Create and maintain D365 F&O environments, batch jobs, security roles, and business process workflows.
• Manage DevOps pipelines, code migration between environments, and code deployment to QA, UAT, and production.
• Monitor and optimise performance of D365 F&O instances; ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Escalate issues, risks, and provide technical sessions for resolution.
• Transfer knowledge during support transitions and document procedures.
