We are actively recruiting a Financial Lawyer, based in Montreal, Canada to provide Canadian and transversal legal services for common‑law countries.

Responsibilities

• Legal support to the Canadian business (Québec‑based): advise on commercial, regulatory and corporate matters; review, draft and negotiate agreements; support local governance and corporate filings.
