Midwife – 1 FTE, Contract to July 2027, Thunder Bay Site.

One of a network of community health centres, NorWest Community Health Centres is a community-based, non-profit organization funded by Ontario Health, emphasizing access to primary health care and prevention programs and services. We seek a Midwife who will provide services within their scope of practice at the Thunder Bay, Longlac, Armstrong and Kakabeka sites. The role focuses on disease prevention, health promotion, education, and community partnerships.

This position has no on call provision. The salary range is $115,424 to $135,796, with a competitive salary and the option to join the Health Care of Ontario Pension Plan.

Qualifications

• General Registrant in good standing with the College of Midwives of Ontario; QAP up to date.
