Work closely with Supervisors, to ensure adequate level of resource and help coordinate maintenance activities. Assist Supervisors in resolving technical service issues with internal customers, such as Operations, Quality, Engineering, etc., and formulates recommendations to resolve matters which are beyond existing SOPs.
