Job Summary

This temporary position is located in Pucallpa, Peru, as part of the Worldwide Aviation Support Services program. The role supports the U.S. Department of State Air Wing by training and assisting host nation mechanics in maintaining Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and its subsystems to ensure full mission capability.

Responsibilities

• Train, assist, and advise host nation mechanics on the maintenance of GSE and its subsystems.
• Maintain, verify, and monitor GSE maintenance in accordance with maintenance manuals and INLA standards.
• Support quality control and safety programs at the floor level for assigned GSE.
• Respectful of all safety and operational protocols while performing tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aviation programs, with at least 1 year in a U.S. Government aviation program.
