As a Mobile Mortgage Specialist at Coast Capital, you’ll work with current and prospective members to help them in their pursuit of home ownership by providing expert mortgage advice. Accountabilities

• Establish and nurture ongoing relationships with prospective clients, providing customized mortgage consultation and ensuring a smooth application process through consistent follow‑ups.
• Stay abreast of industry regulatory changes, confirm mortgage applications meet underwriting standards, prepare records for audits, and educate clients on regulatory requirements.
