Modernization Sales Hunter – Cancún, Quintana Roo

As a Modernization Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for proactively targeting modernization opportunities outside the current customer base.

Responsibilities

• Customer relationship management:
  • Proactively develop and create customer relationships in your area of responsibility.
  • Be accountable for developing KONE’s position in the customer base or market area.
  • Create and communicate leads and sales opportunities for the entire KONE sales team (e.g., cross‑selling).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints with the KONE team.
  • Document customer and contact information and maintain customer data.
• Sell:
  • Proactively generate opportunities from outside the current customer base.
  • Be accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.
