Monitor Engineer (Dynatrace) – Tata Consultancy Services

Location: Querétaro, Guadalajara, Monterrey – office at least 3 days/week.

Job summary

• Min. 2 years of experience with Dynatrace and Nagios.
• Monitoring engineer for QA environments using Dynatrace, Nagios.
• Report and follow up issues until resolved with responsible areas (infrastructure, security etc.).
• Support configuring alerts (if required).
• Create and follow SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures).
• Support monitoring during performance test to identify potential issues.
• Participate in meetings with diverse groups – Development, Infrastructure, Security, other vendors.
