Monogastric Key Account Manager - Responsibilities
- Build and grow strategic relationships with key swine and poultry producers across Ontario.
- Drive sales and adoption of hygiene, biosecurity, and water quality solutions, delivering measurable improvements in animal health and production performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert on products and programs, demonstrating their value through on‑farm application and results.
- Partner with producers to identify challenges and implement practical, value‑driven solutions using technologies and protocols.
- Lead territory planning, prospecting, and account development to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with nutrition, sales, and technical teams to deliver a full‑solution approach.
- Support and develop reseller (sub‑dealer) networks through training, product knowledge, and sales enablement.
