VA WORKS is looking for a Mortgage Disclosure Specialist as an Independent Contractor with hands-on experience in U.S. mortgage disclosures to support one of our growing clients.

If you have experience preparing disclosures and understand compliance timelines, this is a great opportunity to work remotely with an international team.

What You will Do

• Prepare and send Initial Disclosures accurately and on time


• Handle Change of Circumstance (COC) re-disclosures


• Review loan files before sending disclosures


• Ensure compliance with TRID guidelines


• Work closely with Loan Officers and Processors to resolve missing information


• Track deadlines and maintain organized loan files
