ObjetiveEnsure compliance with the master production plan through the efficient and timely scheduling of Metal and Sands, while also maintaining the availability and flow of materials (sand, metal, and returns). This is achieved by using scheduling tools to guarantee operational continuity and meet the key tracking indicators in the Foundry Center and Fusion & Sands.Develop and manage improvements to monitoring and information systems.

Return Collection Program (Risers, Flash, Scrap, Dross, etc.)
Distribution and Consumption Program for Scrap Pieces in Fusion Furnaces (PRN)

Report and Monitoring of Compliance with Production Programs for F&S / Foundry Center
