The Music Associate plays a key role in shaping the musical experience at Village Church. This role is responsible for creating and executing music for Sunday services, special events, and creative projects—using both existing and original content. With a strong focus on team-building, this person equips and leads volunteers to deliver excellent, distraction-free worship experiences.

Work Week:

• 20 hrs/week
• Sundays, regular midweek rehearsals, and occasional extra evenings for special events.
• Regular mid-week office hours

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage all music tracks and Ableton sessions for services and events
• Music direct and/or play in bands for Sunday services and special events
