Position: Household Operations & Family Assistant
Location: Manotick, Ottawa (Private vehicle required for commuting; family vehicle provided for tasks)
Hours: High-Flexibility Model. We operate on a weekly planning cycle. Hours will fluctuate based on the family’s changing schedule, children’s activities, and travel.
Compensation: $30/hour (guaranteed minimum of 20 hours/week)
THE MISSION
We are a busy family of six with four active kids (ages 3, 5, 11 and 14yo) and a 6 year old Golden Retriever. Our lives are dynamic, and we are looking for a proactive, highly organized partner to help us manage the "mental load" of our household. Your goal is to provide the logistical support that allows us to be present for the big moments—whether that’s a hockey playoff game, a school event, or a weekend getaway.
