Your Role

We are seeking a National Lead – Indigenous to support and implement a robust strategy for culture and growth. As an established leader, you will be responsible for identifying relevant trends and opportunities for Colliers' growth in capital project delivery and advisory services for Indigenous communities and corporations. You will successfully operate in a matrix organizational structure to develop, direct, and lead in the execution of strategy to achieve desired cultural and business growth targets.
