Support daily network operations by resolving trouble tickets, fulfilling work orders, and maintaining stable network performance. Configure network environments as part of project teams to support server, software, and application connectivity. Optimize network performance by monitoring systems, troubleshooting outages, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with network architects. Install and maintain network equipment including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless systems, DNS, DHCP, and authentication and authorization tools.
