Job Description

The Network Engineer independently provides full design, configuration and support for common data networking implementations (HW and SW), including contact center and network security technology. Assists senior technicians in design, configuration and support of backbone networks, security DMZs, Storage Area Networks (SAN), and other highly complex and critical solutions with regional and potentially global impact.

Ensures appropriate failover solutions are implemented and tested to meet business continuity needs. Performs complex video networking for board meetings and conferences. Provides global support to resolve network outages and help diagnose application problems. May also provide technical guidance to associate network engineers.
