What You’ll Do

• Support and deliver network automation, security, and monitoring services for IoT customers
• Develop, maintain, and improve network tools and automation solutions
• Troubleshoot complex hardware/software/network issues in high-impact production environments
• Collaborate with network architects, engineers, developers, UX teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Contribute to scalable, highly reliable networking environments with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer experience

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong networking fundamentals and hands-on experience with:
• OSPF, BGP, MPLS, EIGRP
• Cisco Nexus platforms (N7K, N9K)
• VPNs, IPSEC, SSL, Cisco Firewalls
