**Network Engineer**



**Job Description:**



·The Network Engineer would be responsible for leading, and managing the team in executing the following work:



·Supporting network upgrades by replacing legacy telecommunication equipment and time division multiplexing (TDM) era technology



·Applying networking principles to assess the type of networking equipment needed on-site to support the site’s needs.  Router type, router cards, small form-factor pluggable (SFP), and power requirements will be determined utilizing site survey notes, pictures, 3D scans, and correspondence with site surveyor/design leads



·Design functions will include assessing what networking components are necessary, detailing and drafting designs, developing scope of work for installs, assembling part/equipment bill of material (BOM) requests, and supporting design discussions
