Responsibilities

• Delivery of 2-3 large annual network programs (full site network refresh: WAN, LAN, WLAN) at (number) sites annually, and 5-10 out-of-cycle programs enabling business strategic growth.
• Consult with business on new technology requirements and partner with PepsiCo Engineering and Security to align on deployment standards.
• Directly accountable for managing ~$13MM annual investment (estimating, planning, forecasting, PO approval, capitalization reporting).
• Partner with PepsiCo IT towers on standards, requirements, and innovation.
• Manage a complex team of project managers, change coordinators, financial analysts, and multiple third‑party vendors.
• Write, manage, and refine complex statements of work.
• Write and execute complex request for proposals and partner with PepsiCo procurement on selection process.
• Manage day‑to‑day escalations critical to keeping projects on track.
